We need someone who has one of these to make a mold and run off copies. I do not have one. They were originally made by a company in Carpi near Modena. I can't recall the company name but I do have it written down somewhere. I tried to locate them to see if they still had the plastic injection mold but I could not locate them. Probably went out of business years ago and even if they didn't the steel mold was probably sold as scrap fo $10 years ago.

The trouble is: they're flocked with some spray on felt stuff that would have to be removed from the master (thus altering it) and then we'd have to find a way of (re)spraying the felt to the original and new ones. I have no clue how to get that done. Also, the part is injection molded plastic, not fiberglass.

There's some form of a toolkit currently on ebay with a Buy it Now price of $1,380 USD (no, not my auction): http://www.ebay.com/itm/Ferrari-365-...#ht_561wt_1362 Not sure if this satisfies what you are looking for but figured it was worth a look for you. Probably not economical but the tools appear to be housed in the plastic/felt holders.

The seller is good. I have bought a few things from him - quick delivery and condition as advertised. The holder looks in very good condition, especially since it still has a lot of the fuzzy coating (mine is almost gone).

Mine has none of the flocked finish left on it .
Looks to have been deliberately cleaned of.
Does anyone know if these tool box holders are the same for Euro & US style tool lboxes
                    Regards

                          Hi Ian,
I just came accross this website and it might be what you need. They have a kit to apply suede-tex, a flockinhg for heavy duty use. Color chart indicated they have black. Might be worth a shot.
