My underdash power socket described on p 23 of the operation & service manual has disintegrated.
Does anyone know of a source for this socket?

Ian, I belive that is the lamp plug, and I was told once that it was first offered on the C/4. Part numbers that Ferrari used were 40179202. Rutlands has one "U40179301

I would try that. I know that the cord and light did change from the 308, to the 512 and so on. The lamp, if you've ever seen the old one with a magnet, is handy to have around for those late-night repairs on the motorway. Good luck.
