Seat Vent Rings

I am waiting to receive the vent ring from Jeff to use to make the master mold. As soon as I receive it I will start the production run. The method used can make 3 units per day. So 45 will take 3 weeks. I will hand deliver them tin Monterey so people will have to make arrangements to pick them up there and of course pay. If that is not possible then we can post them from Monterey and you guys can pay Jeff via a posted cheque or bank transfer. I will let everyone know the details later. Could people let me know sometime if they or someone can pick them up in Monterey in August.
Speaker grills
At this stage I do not have a good enough speaker grill to make a master mold, as it should be "perfect" as any imperfection wil be reproduced in every unit. I am looking at making a aluminium master from a CAD file using CNC milling. I could then use this as a master to make all the other plastic ones. If someone has a "perfect" speaker grill I can use as a master and could send it to me that would solve the issue. Both my grills are not too good. The drivers side one is totally kaput and the passenger side one has 2 broken columns.

I'm in for 4. Everyone look at the picture of my one good ring. If you have a better one to use as the master then please speak up now. I think this one is OK but it is a little warped, basically pulled downward where the pegs are. I suspect any 35 year-old ring that has been installed will be similar.
