  • 6 Weber 38DCOE 2-barrel carburetors

Hello, appreciate you looking at my query.

I have a query on a set of 38DCOE on my car; it came with some extra Carbs (along with many spares) and the extra Carbs are also 38DCOE59 & 38DCOE60.

But could someone help explain is the TIPO 59 for one side and the 60 for the other side?

As I have multiple NO. (numbers)
    300's
    500's
    100's

My set is in the 300's and 500's is there a difference for the year of your model?

    Hope that makes sense.

Any help would be much appreciated as I finally got around sorting through spare parts again.

    Thank you in advance.

(i made amendments to this query)

    Weber carbs for the C4 are 38 DCOE 59 & 60.
The difference between the types of 38 DCOE's are in the levers, jetting and progression holes.
The only thing that you can't change are the progression holes, found under the brass screws above the top of the butterfly.
The Tipo is the version and the No is the amount made up to that point,
    Neil
