I am now rebuilding load levellers - The service includes; strip the units, sandblast the body and repaint (inc. new decals), redo zinc plating of the bottom eye, replace seals, re-gas, test and calibrate. Fit new bushes. Note that the outer boot and the internal bladder are not available. Generally, the boot is not damaged and cleans up like new, but If the bladder is damaged, then the unit cannot be repaired. Almost always, the top is rusted on (hard) and has to be machined off, so new zinc plated tops are included. There are no external modifications and schrader valves are NOT fitted. I have 3 refurbished pairs in stock for sale - preferably on an exchange basis but, generally, I would prefer to repair customer units. The price to rebuild is USD600 each (plus freight) or USD900 ea. without a rebuildable core. Please contact me at [email protected] if you need any further information. Regards WM
